Hosted at Mines Nancy on 3–5 September 2025, the conference gathered researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, and students for two days of debate and collaboration. Highlights included panels on how science can influence policy, designing high-impact projects, and green skills in action, as well as a cross-talk on AI for the Green Deal. Participants also engaged in the Mission Green Deal collaborative simulation game, explored the interactive exhibition on metals and minerals in the energy transition, and networked during dedicated sessions and social events.
